It begins with the organization's existing direction, then considers team confidence, current practices, responsible-use needs, and realistic opportunities to move forward.
We are gathering perspectives directly from L&D professionals about how AI is showing up in their work, where uncertainty remains, and what support would be genuinely useful. These insights help us shape services around real experiences rather than assumptions.
